The chef-patron of three Michelin-starred Core By Clare Smyth in Notting Hill will open luxury bistro Corenucopia By Clare Smyth in November.
The new restaurant will occupy the site that was previously Tabisca Italian steakhouse on Holbein Place.
Further details of the new restaurant are yet to be revealed, and the restaurant is currently recruiting staff.
The move echoes that of chef Claude Bosi, who opened his more casual bistro Josephine in Chelsea last year, adding to his brace of two Michelin-starred restaurants in the capital.
Smyth is expanding in the capital having opened her eponymous restaurant in 2017. Next year she will also oversee a signature restaurant at Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch.
Joining her at the hotel will be US chef Daniel Boulud, with the pair described as the hotel’s ‘chef partners’.
